This comprehensive platform includes Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, and IMPS, all accessible with a single login across all platforms. With PSB UnIC Biz, users can conveniently perform a wide range of digital banking tasks, such as transferring funds, viewing account details, generating statements, investing in term deposits, managing debit cards, and utilizing exclusive services.
One of the key features of PSB UnIC Biz is its seamless integration between the web and mobile app. Users can log in using biometric authentication or MPIN option, ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience. The app allows for instant self-accounts and within-bank transfers, as well as quick payments up to Rs 10,000 via UPI and IMPS without the need to add a payee. Transferring funds to other bank accounts is also made effortless with options like IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, MMID, and UPI.
Managing payees is a breeze with PSB UnIC Biz, and users can easily pay EMIs, advance EMIs, or overdue loan amounts instantly. The app also enables customers to invest in the bank's term deposits, opening and closing fixed deposits or recurring deposits online. Debit card management is simplified, allowing users to control their debit card limits and usage, apply for a new card, hotlist a card, or upgrade their existing card. Other convenient features include requesting a new cheque book, pre-intimating cheque issuance using Positive Pay, stopping cheques, checking cheque status, generating bank statements, TDS certificates, and balance certificates instantly.
PSB UnIC Biz also supports Unified Payment Interface (UPI) payments, enabling users to pay and collect money from anyone instantly. With UPI ID serving as a virtual identity, transactions are secure and efficient. Additionally, users have the capability to freeze their account in case of any suspicious activity.
